In public elementary schools, the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) of the Department of Education is the most important co-curricular pupil’s organization authorized to carry out necessary Department of Education programs and activities.
It is a place for children to put their leadership and social skills to the test. This organization’s officers act as school leaders. If individuals work together, they can fulfill their goals while also helping the school achieve more of its objectives.
The San Antonio Elementary School Supreme Pupil Government is the student body’s highest governing body. It aims to improve the leadership abilities and attributes of all student leaders within its authority, encourage students to be aware of their basic rights as students and citizens of this country, as well as the benefits and privileges that they are entitled to.
In general, the Supreme Pupil Government seeks to influence and mold student leaders as well as ordinary students to be vigilant and active citizens in their respective communities and the country, that they will actively participate rather than remain passive in addressing problems and issues that have a significant impact on their community and our country.

PREAMBLE
We, the students of SAN ANTONIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, believing in the need for a better organized Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government and in the development of the youth as future leaders of the nation, do hereby promulgate and adopt this Constitution and By – Laws of the Supreme Pupil Governments and Supreme Student Governments in Elementary and Secondary Schools that shall advance, implement and maintain our goals and aspiration, embody the ideas and principles of freedom, equality, justice and democracy, and promote the welfare of all students and academic standards of our Alma Mater.
