The Learning Action Cell (LAC) for Early Language Literacy and Numeracy(ELLN) Digital for the Grade Two Teachers was indeed a very successful one.

The session started with smiling faces shown by each participant. This showed that the Grade Two teachers were willing and ever ready to embrace the mission tasked by God- that is to implement fully the ELLN Digital with their minds, hearts and souls. The session was held on April 29, 2021 at 4:00 in the afternoon at San Antonio Elementary School together with their master teacher, Ma’am Josenia S. Ariaga. The teachers conducted their Learning Action Cell ( LAC) Session on ELLN Digital Module 3 Lesson 1 through Google Meet. 

The moderator of this LAC Session was Caralen Ching. It started with a prayer followed by a Makabayan Song and the Deped Vision, Mission and Core Values.  They were presented by Cleoda E. Dimalanta. 

Our Principal Carlito T. Adducul  proxied by our master teacher Ma’am Josenia S. Ariaga delivered the opening remarks. She reiterated to us that this is a two-year course and we need to finish it, that we need to absorb all the learnings that our speaker will share to us. 

Our resource speakers of the day were three grade two teachers, Rosario Maria O. Sabariaga, Christina J. Del Rosario, Jessybel P. Dollente. They discussed Module 3 Developing Skills through Explicit Instruction, Lesson 1 Language Learning. They emphasized that language is a tool that assists in the processing of ideas that as children build and use language, they build knowledge. The discussion ended with a quote “No one can change a person, but a person can be the reason someone changes”. After the discussion we had sharing of ideas, discussion on the topic that was shared  and we accomplished the forms needed for this module. After accomplishing the given forms, it was followed with the distribution of certificates for the resource speakers and participants. The session ended with a closing remarks by our master teacher Ma’am Josenia S. Ariaga.
